Full Service & SaaS
DRP analysis are offered as both ‘Full Service’ and as ‘Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)’, where ‘Full Service’ comprises the complete analysis from FFPE to DRP score, whereas the ‘SaaS’ allow customers to perform the (wet)laboratory part in-house and submit the gene expression profile data file to Allarity for DRP analysis and DRP scoring.
Full Service
This option includes the complete analysis process from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples to the final DRP results. Allarity provides Sample Collection Tubes with instructions for sample collection and shipping. Each tube is marked with a unique identifier. After use, all sample material is discarded, and no derivatives (RNA or DNA) are maintained by Allarity unless otherwise agreed.

SaaS
This SaaS option allows customers to perform the (wet) laboratory part in-house and then submit the gene expression profiles (GEP) to Allarity for DRP analysis. Customers are provided with a secure data transfer process for the transfer of GEP data, which is deleted after use unless otherwise agreed.
The turnaround time is one business day for SaaS analysis.
