Hoersholm; April 25 2014 – Medical Prognosis Institute A/S (MPI) announced today that, as a consequence of the exercise of warrants by employees the share capital has been increased by DKK 21,500. 

 

The increase is affected without any preemption rights for the existing shareholders of the company or others. The shares are subscribed in cash at a price of DKK 10.62 per share of nominally DKK 1. 

 

Proceeds to the company are DKK 228,330. 

 

The new shares are ordinary shares without any special rights and are freely transferable negotiable instruments. The new shares shall give rights to dividends and other rights in relation to the company as of subscription, i.e. inter alia full rights to dividends for the financial year 2014. The new shares will be listed on First North after registration with the Danish Business Authority. MPI’s current share capital amounts to DKK 951,372 and will after the capital increase be DKK 972,872. The capital increase is expected to be finalized shortly.
